Hi Adam,
I think first thing whould be an uprated air filter, not sure how an induction kit would work on a 2.0 n/a but I know the turbos don't like them much without some sort of mapping to go with it.
Perhaps getting a full decat exhaust, including the manifold would see even more

To be honest mate there aint a great deal can be done to that engin to get a lot out of it, you can change the exhaust for more noise, you can change the manifold to give it the "burble" you can upgrade the intake (panel filter or full intake) but you wont make big power. Super charging has been tried but its not a common mod.
Uprate the brakes, better pads + discs and the suspension,
and accept its what ya can insure at your age.

Thanks everyone
I knew it is not going to set the world on fire, but its a dam good upgrade from my beloved 206 1.4...
I was thinking to go down the handling route first, as in the 4 pot brembo's, powerflex bushes, whiteline anti roll bars, coilovers etc
Plus, it seems to have red inlet manifolds, is that usual?
But a wider down pipe, matched with a decent pannel filter then mapped a good idea?
Thanks again

Speak with your insurance co first, at your age some modifications will cost you dear, to fit the brembo's mean that you need to fit 17 inch wheels, straight away the insurance will hit you there, if you have 16's? on already, then the subaru 4 pots may be a better bet.
Exhaust and filter mods will also need to be declared, just a back box may add a fortune to your insurance so I would start there and see what the costs are going to be before modifying anything.

Im going to sound like an old man now and im only 33, but, i wouldnt waste my money on modifying it mate, sorry.
You will sink half what the car is worth into trying to get more power out of it and you will never see a return for your efforts, not in power or when you sell the car. I have blown thoudands on trying to modify NA cars and they never quite reached the level i wanted. I wish now everytime i saved the cash to carry out a mod just before buying i popped the cash in the bank. If i had done that i would be driving around in a spec-c type-r now rather than a WRX.
Plan your mods and how much they cost, save up for each part you need then when you have the cash put it to one side, you will have a serious budget for your next car then
Its easy for me to say it though as i have suffered from doing exactly what you are planning and it still hurts today to think of the cash i blew

Oh
But i cant really afford to insure it, they want 5 and half grand, so it will just sit on the drive till i can (or till i can get on the family's motor-traders insurance)
First thing i want to do, is remove the stickers on the dam thing when i get it, i personally hate them, sorry
Thank you for the heads up on the rear anti roll bar, that will hopefully be done in the future
One last little question though, what are the exterior differences between an Sti and mine (GX)?
Thank you
