Guys,
In particular the system fitted to the hatchback STI's.

These are actually monitored then?
I thought for some reason we were on "our own" should something happen?

My system is playing up - and I rang Subaru about it.
Adrian Hogg is looking into the problem.
Within 10 minutes of me speaking to him I get a private number calling my mobile.
I answer, lady says hello etc and says that they just got a signal from the car and is everything alright?
I explain the issue etc etc

Lady that rang me said she was from G4S
