Welcome
I would say the price is a little steep, 3.5k for that from a dealer imho, has the a/c which is a plus, just make sure it works
Backbox isnt standard, but if the car has the rest of the standard exhaust and both cats then it should be a good buy, still I would get the car HPI'd (get the garage to do that) and inspected.
Check for rust around the front screen (and rear arches), if its coming through anywhere, this is where it will probably show first.

Expensive...
Go have a look, have a drive and use it as a bench mark when you go to view some more.
For that price I'd want it to be exceptional in every area. Look for all the usual stuff. UP TO DATE FSH is a must for this price. Check for uneven tyre wear. It would be nice if it has had some new bushes as at 100000 miles it will be getting soggy.
Take a camara, take loads of piccies, post them up and we can give you an honest opinion. I wouldn't worry about rushing to buy because at that price it will be there for a while. And if it does sell. Look for another, there are 100's and 100's for sale up and down the country.

I agree with Tony rust could be a problem if the car has been in the location for a period of time salt air and metal dont mix.Full service history is a plus but check it out.For that money you could have a proper subaru sti ra
