BOTHER OR NOT?
i was browsing through the local auction house lot order on the net yesterday, seen they had a 99 impreza 2000 wagon going through.
went last night out of interest, had a good look round it seems in very good order, m.o.t until 2011 tax till october, 126000 miles nearly upto date service history, had it running for a while and engine is sound no noises/rattles.
two young lads working there were desperate to be the one driving it through the ring!! one was told to go and get the yellow one
the other told to bring the GREEN ONE (yes this wagons green not my favourate colour) the grin on his face was amazing to see lol!
he could not start it and shouted out `the batteries dead`
i promptly opened the door and pressed button on the fob
beep beep and turned the key, vrooom! he was buzzing lol.
it went through the ring bidding reached £1700 and never sold.
my question is (or two) is it worth more than £1700?
is it the same drive as a saloon? (i`ve had 4 saloons to date)
thanks in advance
sean.

Hmmm then it will be worth about 500 quid more than the above and about 500 quid less than a saloon (so about 3k), they can be a little more stable than a saloon due to the better weight distribution over the rear wheels, worth going for if your interested
