Default Spare Keys

Hey all,

I need a spare key cutting for my MY95 classic. Looking at the key there is NO chip in the key.

My girlfriends father got a key cut for his triumph stag by getting a code of the ignition barrel then ordered one off line (was about £10).

Does anyone know if this would be the same of mine? Will there be a code on the ign barrel i can quote then they can cut me a spare?

Cheers guys

My spare came from a local key-cutters. Early JDM cars don't have a chip in the keys and had no vehicle security at all. They all needed aftermarket security system fitted. I'm not sure whether UK spec cars did or not?
