Cool

Got a ride in my boss' Ferrari 360 Modena F1 today.

Absolutely awesome...he's still running it in so he didn't take it over 6,000rpm but it was still amazing...can't imagine what it'll feel like when he takes it to the 8,500rpm redline!

The sound with the engine a few inches behind your head is stunning...pure Formula 1...and the F1 gearbox even blips the throttle on downshifts!

I want one!!!

Cool

The manual version is pretty good... the clutch is nice and smooth... the engine sounds good... it doesn't feel that fast, but it does build speed very smoothly... and breaks traction fairly progressively. Rear visibility isn't all that bad, but it is a big wide car, and you have to remember that.

I really like the N/A throttle response, but have to say the car isn't worth 100K GBP IMHO, around 50K GBP would be more reasonable.

Oh, and Litchfield Imports can get them for more reasonable money, if you really must have one... You could get a scoob with the change...

Thumbs up

Moray, nice balanced review mate. V Similar to my thoughts on the 355 Which is not worlds away from a 360.

Gastro

That's only when you're taking it easy in Normal mode. If you push on in Sport mode it's instant.

Scoobyboy

Who cares...you're not gonna use it every day anyway!

Still want one!!!

Cheers

Yeah - the 360 (F1) may blip the throttle on downshifts, but I thought it was quite jerky on the upshifts.......Not so impressive for a £100K car ?????????
