Default Thinking of selling wrx

Hi all I am thinking of selling my wrx 03 plate. I have become a little bored now of the expense of ownership and feel my satisfaction levels of ownership are becoming out weighed.
The spec is as follows
55,000 on the clock FSH.
Uprated front discs 10,000 miles ago with pads.
New rear bushes less than 1000miles ago.
Ninja 2 exhaust including 2nd cat pipe.
2 brand new front tyres.
12 months MOT and 6months Tax
The car has 4 previous owners one of which was cvc cardiff that registered it to them selves.
The car has been faultless and has 2 marks on it a slight mark on the rear bumper and a stone chip on the scoop the size of a 5p piece.
what its worth? Between £5k-£5.5?

Some of the sti prices for 2003 are about £8500 so presumed much lower.
Autotrader is no help with all 2003 registrations have 70,000 miles plus for about £5500-6000 which is a bit much.

Now on pistonheads for £6000 but for some reason only shows on the advanced search? and not the normal search. Anyone know why?
Take a look and see what you all think.

Yeah it is tidy indeed. I just think the market is dead for this type of car at the moment with petrol on the increase. You have to advertise heavily too which i'm not prepared to pay for.

Well hope you get a sale soon fella if not I may chuck you an offer once im in my new new house and ive sold my range rover.

ive been fortunate when selling last year or so but your right market has dropped loads. No good at all!

Its cheeky but with pistonheads, if you copy 4 images into the one picture on your PC (PSP,Paint etc) then upload that you get 12 pics rather than 3, and more pics more interest!

I sold my WRX below on PH a few months back. It was a 2004 (04) with only 37k on the clock in immaculate condition and had a few cosmetic mods. Went for £6400 in the end so I'd say yours is worth £5K-5.5K I'm afraid.

The best advice I can give you is pay £15 for the premium ad. Its not a lot of money and gets a lot more attention. I had a free ad for a whole month with only time wasters. With the premium ad I had a lot more exposure and the 1st one to view bought it.

Good luck fella!
