Yes, I think in a private sale you might be able to achieve £1500 - £2000 more than that.

Definitely. I have exactly the same car as you. Mines a 54 plate crystal grey with 48k on clock.

I despoilered mine and put black 18'' team dynamics wheels on it and a front splitter.

If you go to the Wales section and look at members thread (either first or second sticky) scrool down and you'll see it.

Mine was despoilered too Dan......well, I had the A-Line lip on it, but I put the standard spoiler back on as I'm returning to standard (just about) for selling.

Cheers for the input chaps

Your looking at around the 10k mark for an MY05 car, put it up for say 10k and accept 9.5k if they offer

Tony

yes its worth lots more than that mate, it looks minted aswell.

i have the same car as yours but mines has 36k and my insurance company value it at 12k.

only way it'd be worth 7.5k is if it was a cat c ect

loads of people expect all for nothing out there, so you'll struggle to get what its worth, i.e 10k.

nice car, i like the painted headlights and wheels.

loads of people expect all for nothing out there, so you'll struggle to get what its worth, i.e 10k.
Then by definition it is not worth that anymore.
I sympathise, but Imprezas are hard cars to shift outside of the "fraternity".
Your best bit is here.

Pistonheads is full of newages at silly low money and people desperate to sell who will take those silly low offers.
unfortunately.

hold out as long as you can and then come down in small increments until you get interest.
