I have had a disastrous time with my car recently. The damn thing caught fire because of a poor alarm installation.
The insurance company won't pay up!
The approved alarm installer has done a runner!
The alarm company don't feel they have any responsibility for their approved installers work!
I didn't get a VSIB certificate when the work was done! (I didn't know I needed one)
I have written to the alarm company and enclosed a story that I intend to get published by one of the car mags, unless they want to talk to me.
I have also documented my little adventure at my website
