p1 springs on standard wrx shocks? will this knacker the dampes?

p1 springs on standard wrx shocks? will this knacker the dampes?
want to know, i am aware of more than one persone with this mod i have a set of the springs want to know if it will do more harm than good

got eibach p1 springs dosnt seem to have lowered it by much compared to the apex springs i had on previously quite firm but not at all harsh.
