My sister has an Apexi N1 on her classic and the backbox is titanium, the rest of the system is mild steel on the apexi though which is odd and annoying.
Rare and more often noisy...I don't have an answer but gandor seem to pop up on peoples cars which are in some cases titanium I am led to believe, again noisy.
