After having my "warranty" claim refused by the dealer and Subaru UK, I opted to have API rebuild the engine in my hawkeye STI. From the inital contact, David's advice was clear, easy to understand and non biased. He guided through my options but didn't send me in one particular direction, that choice was left to me. The car was collected by API and the diagnosis done very quickly. The rebuild was done in very good time and Pat put a running in map on it.
After collecting the car and running it in, I returned yesterday for the first service and Pat to finish his mapping. After a very short wait the work was done and i'm very happy with the results.
If anyone is contemplating having any work done I would highly reccomend that you speak to David as he and the rest of the API team seem to be some of the industries genuine nice guys.
