At the moment my 2002 uk wrx is running at 271bhp after recently being mapped by martyn at engine tuner.
Mods at the moment are:
Jetex panel filter
De cat up pipe
decat downpipe
magnex catback.

What would my shopping list be for 350bhp?
Turbo - which one?
Injectors what size?
Front mount intercooler?
etc etc!

You can go FMIC or go for an STI top mount with scoop, probably cost you similar cash.
Full exhaust system (3 inch I would suggest)

Agressively map the TD05 or the STi's VF35 and you are critically close to lunching the bugeye 5 speed gearbox and wrecking the clutch. At that BHP / Torque you pick up speed very quickly and need to make sure the Brakes are up to scratch and the OEM suspension will be getting a bit tired as well LOL

Start modding the Bugeye WRX to bigger BHP and it's a very slippery slope

defo a 3" exhaust straight through
sti tmic, stay away from fmic as its no use unless ure goin above 400bhp
walbro fuel pump, group buy on here for them at the mo
im running braketech 4 pot discs with mintex 1155 pads and there great from bob5 on here or
ian godney larger disc for 4pots or go for brembos/ksport depends on how much u want to spend

A 16G is unlikely to get your target.

Most likely need a vf34 or Vf43 but as said it is close to gearbox limits so might be wiser to go for a vf35 and settle for 320-330 bhp with reliability and a turbo that is fun to drive on the road without avcs heads.

1. Walbro fuel pump GS342. About £75 delivered.
2. STi pink injectors. Second hand. £80-£200 depending on whether you have them tested and cleaned.
3. HS188 turbo. TD05 18G with ported exhaust inlet. Uprated actuator. Oil drain and water pipes.
VF35 and TD05 16G turbos are unlikely to make 350 bhp on your spec.

Uprated pump, Walbro cheepest option but the Bosch is a better pump but more expensive
GT spec 2 headers
sell your exhaust and get a 3 inch custom decat built (cheeper that off the shelf systems) with a snakehead style downpipe
An APS or the likes inner wing induction kit

That should see you with around 350bhp with decent spool up

or sell up and buy a 2005 sti with above mods, run a splash of meth and have 370bhp and 360 lbs-ft of torque with full boost at about 2800 - 3000 rpm
