04sti suspension
its time to change the suspension on my 04sti as theyve been knocking for while now!!
i dont think im going down the coilover route as it gets used evryday for the school run and could be too harse for the kids,,
so what options have i got other than coilovers
thanks

I don't think there are many options if you don't want coilovers. If you fit new OE suspension it will cost a fortune, I'll be fitting these later on this year:

Apparently the spring rate isn't too hard on these because the dampers are top quality.

how do m8, I too also was in same boat with my sti02, didn'yt really want coilovers as the ride would have been harsh, in the end I went for KYB ultraSR shocks and tein superstreet springs. They are direct replacemant so no messing about, but the shocks are firmer than the OE and same with the springs also the springs lower the car 30mm. The whole set up cost me £550 from http://www.camskill.co.uk, well worth a look. hope this helps.
