Advice please - Suspension / chassis tuning
Hi,
Have just taken ownership of an 07 STI Type UK, remapped by Bob Rawle and am thinking about handling / chasis tuning upgrades to serve me well for fast road and occasional track use and the odd trip to the Nurburgring.
The car already has Prodrive springs but I'm considering this upgrade from Powerstation.
Stage 3 - T25 Spec Kit
AST Sport-Line Suspension Kit
Rear Adjustable Roll Bar
Anti-Lift Kit
Front Adjustable Roll Bar
4-Wheel Alignment
£1695 + VAT
Has anyone got this set up and if so, I'd welcome your comments with regards handling and ride comfort.
Would also appreciate an honest opinion whether this package is going to be noticably improve handling over the Prodrive set up I have?
Also what does the anti-lift kit actually do, although I suspect the clue is in the description!!
Finally would strut braces also be recommended?
For info, I also plan to have the Porsche Brake Kit fitted as well.
Thanks,
Steve

I'd have a think of how much you're going to want to use it on track.
If its 99% road, and 1% track, I wouldn't bother with a full suspension change.
Anti Roll Bars, Drop Links, Anti-Lift kit, and a geometry set up will give you a much more precise feeling car, and will instill confidence no end.
Spend a bit of cash on tuition at a track day, will further improve your driving.
The ring is great, if not a little daunting.
Its a slippery slope once you start changing things and get the bug!
