Default TAX MOT

Just a quick question is it 100% legal to drive to a place of MOT without tax or mot while car still sorn. Also when the car passes the mot can i drive to a post office to collect tax disc? Cheers

I think it is as long as you have a test already booked and im sure if you were stopped you could just show them your mot say its just passed and your on your way to get it taxed...

yes you are legal to drive to and from the mot station as long as the car is insured and the car is booked in, in case you get pulled by the plod, as for driving it to the post office on the way home is up to you, just don't park your car on the road when in there as you can still get done.
