Hi all,I'm after a big favour from someone..My classic has been offthe road for 3 months,ive replaced the gearbox,clutch driveshafts,most of the engine gaskets and the plugs,Cam belt and pullys.. So finally she is finally finnished and running.
I am planning to take my disabled wife and two kids to Germany,in two months time,so i am after some help to prepare the car ,ready for the long trip.the car runs quite good,but i would like help in checking that all the hoses and things have been put back correctly.i took her for a run today and it went very well,then i lost boost but could here a wooshing noise,tried again and all ok.I have checked to make sure all clips etc are tight and all seams ok.maybe it was just a one off glitch??
if i hadn't spent all available funds on parts i would put her into hammonds for a good seeing to !! So that is why i ask if anyone can help.i dont want to break down in Germany just because i'v missed somthing silly!!
