Default PPP cert and servicing (newbie)

Sorry newbie here posing questions....!

Can a "lost" PPP certificate be replaced by the dealer that fitted the PPP or even Prodrive themselves? If so does it cost?

Regarding servicing on a 2004/2005 car (STi PPP), would it matter alot to most people if the 4th year service was done by the owner themselves and was an oil+filter change? I should add it had only done 3k miles in this time.
(I'd be getting the 5th year done at a proper Subaru specialist including a cam belt change).

I'm used to new/6 month old cars hence the above servicing query.

You can get a replacement from a dealer, if you ask nicely, they might not even charge you!
