Default New owner help - decelerating in 2nd gear

Hi everyone,

I've recently got a Spec D. Was driving it today (only had it a week) and when decelerating in 2nd gear there was a noise, not too unlike braking with worn brake pads, sort of like a scraping noise. Now I'm new to all this Impreza business so was just wondering if it was normal.

Also, is it me or do you need to the turn the steering wheel really far to get the indicators to self cancel?

Thanks

COULD be a wheel bearing? Bearing in the gearbox? Get the wheels up and give them a good move around and see if they shift...Check the gearbox oil level.

and start saving lol only Jkin mate

it could also be the clutch bearing, check for the noise in neutral and reving upto say 3-4k and let off. If the noise is present then you know that one of the clutch bearings are a bit dry, that aint nothing to worry about
