mine was far less rust than that but it had eaten 1 inch up the arch, still it was salvaged and didnt need any filler or metalwork, yours is a little worse
you may need it cutting out and a new piece in
or you may be lucky, but half the time they wont know until they start working on it, mine was part of a big job but probably would have set me back 300 quid otherwise
a bit more if you need the arches replacing.
