7600 is a more realistic price for a good condition version 4, the owner is going to have some serious difficulty selling for 11k 
Dan ingram's white type r was one of the cleanest i have seen and that is up for less than that made on ebay (newer too!)

for a Ver4? Its never going to sell for that. You wouldn't even pay that for a P1 in the same condition.
