Default wheel & tyre advice

Hi all quick question if any one can help !Im currently on 205/50/16
with i think 5x100pdc. My cars a 1998 uk turbo can i put 17"s on and
wots the best tyre size? Thankyou

hi pal i had a sport with same size on as you have now! I fitted
225/45/17 with out any problems ,,,

i had 205/50/16 and ive just fitted 215/40/17s with no problems. the car handles loads better too.

you want 205/45/17 or 215/40/17 to keep the speedo the same.

I've got 215/40/17 with Yokohama Parada Spec 2 tyres on mine which are awesome IMO (only had the tyres 2 days)

ive got 16s and im going to be getting some 17s soon. . . but whats the right size??? 40 or 45??

Either size profile will work, it's really up to you. I prefer the harder lower profile of a 40
