Default spark plugs

Hi all, I have a 95 wrx sti, it's a 2.5 bottom end conversion.
I'm givin her a service at weekend and am not sure wat spark plugs to use and even how to get to them.
Any advice will be great.
Also some 1 has said I should use fully synthetic oil as she burns a fair bit any advice, I have been usin castrol 10/40.

NGK 7's are the ones you need. The 10 40 is no good. You should be using 15 50.

10/40 is too thin. The 15/50 or 10/60 is not as thin.
