Default Eye Tests

I've noticed recently that my vision is slightly worse than it use to be, i went for a free test at Tesco opticians and it showed i needed glasses, i then thought i'll get a second opinion to see if the results vary, i did this at a different Tesco's branch again for free. The results came back different!? I then thought okay i'll go for a test at a branch that's been around for a while, D&A. The D&A results also came back different!?

So i've had three tests and all come back different! I've decided that my first test was the most effective result so i will use this but it's interesting how the results and the methods used were different. D&A were rubbish in my view, they used a projection of images where as Tesco used a reflection and board method.

For the last two tests the end result wasn't as clear as the first but i didn't say, D&A was barely a noticable difference. Looking back i should have said something.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Projection method is rubbish in my view, the projection isn't crisp enough.

Thanks

Not to sound like a cliche but I've been going to specsavers for over 10 years - changed from D&A as they were crap. I need a sight test every year as my vision constantly changes (usually for the worse) and always been tested with reflection and board.
Never knew tescos did eye tests...
Hope you get it sorted
