Default 22grand to much or not ??

considering a loft conversion at the moment and wanted peoples opinions . we will get 2 medium size bedrooms with a shared dormer window plus hallway and bathroom / shower room with velux windows all done decorated and ready for my boys to not share a bedroom anymore . forgot to say its a 3 bed bungalow at the moment . and will end up 5bedrooms 2 bathrooms any ides as to how much value this will put on property value wise ?? at the moment its about 250thousand with no mortgage

that is cheap ...well worth imho , will add a huge amount to yr property no doubt( probably 40K )

Im a joiner mate & have done a few loft conversions & that to me is a cracking price.

Great price if its done properly, cheap isnt always best

Have any other people done that in your street, its always a go indicator on what value it will add. Sounds a good price, if you trust them.
