Cable For Boot Spoiler
Hey guys,
Had my WRX boot spoiler painted and fitted by Scooby401 this week - Looking great by the way.
Only problem is I don't have the cable to connect the spoiler to the harness in the boot.
I have attached part of a document showing the cable required - Cable is number 2 on the illustration.
Any ideas of a part number or a description for me to ask the dealer?
If not whats the best way to DIY one, 2 cables and some connectors, which is the pos/neg cables on the 2 looms?
Any help appreciated.
Cheers.

What is there at the moment? The connector shown at bottom, marked "Vehicle connector"? The wire between that and the spoiler kit harness?
Look at whatever is there, I assume there is something FROM the spoiler, (if there sin't, you have major problems), and connect using screw terminals, (aka: chocolate bar conectors), and a piece of 1.5mm sq twin connector.
Connect, try, if it doesn't light up, reverse the terminals.

The vehicle connector is there and the cable coming from the spoiler is installed just need the cable to connect to 2. Has anyone done a DIY fix - How does it look?
As a side note is it illegal to have a boot spoiler light that isn't connected?
