bottom end
is the v4 and v5 bottom end the same i have the chance of a v4 engine but i have a v5 so was wondering if the bottom end will fit with my v5 heads fitted?

The version 4 STi engine is quite considerably different, and not as good. You can make it work but even then you'd be taking a backward step.
Any suspension of one classic will fit another so the answer to your second question is yes.
