In yet another triumph of good public relations, BAA have stopping issuing new car parking season tickets for commuters in the short term car park and have now decided they are cancelling ALL 180 or so existing car parking season tickets at the end of June - even those in force until the end of the year.

BAA and WAGN were proposing to keep the lid on this until the beginning of June and deliver a fait accompli.

There is no viable alternative so we are effectively being prevented from commuting from the airport.

If there are any of you that commute from the airport and hold an annual parking ticket, or you know anyone who does, please contact me on the email address on my profile so we can fight this with as many people as possible.

That means a 179 more idiots on the M11 every morning (+ Dave T-S & he's a muppet ) Something I can definately do without.

You can stick me down on the petition - just to keep the M11 from getting clogged up.

I think you miss the point.... you are not supposed to drive all the way in to work, but walk all the way to Stanstead, I cannot beleive you were so stupid to have missed this.
