Default Need some advise

Sorry for putting this in general but I don't seem to get much response in Suspension.

I have a 97 Type R.

I'm having an ALK fitting so thought I get some other parts fitted as well.

This is what I'm thinking of doing after searching the forum for advise.

Leaving the front ARB and droplinks standard and fitting the ALK.
Replacing the rear ARB and droplinks for uprated ones.

Is this the best thing to do? What about things like bushes? Which ones specifically should I look at replacing and where is the best place to get them from?
