Default Import or not?

Hi Guys,

Trawling through my paperwork for my new car and noticed a stamp at the beginning of the service book has IM Group Import on it

Does that mean my car is a UK spec import or just an import? Is it any different to a UK spec if it is different?

I was not told my car was an import at the time of sale - does it make a difference to value/performance etc....

Any help appreciated - cheers guys.

Jon.

No. It's an officially supplied UK Market Subaru from IM.

Proper ones are the ones you get in Japan Pete all the rest are watered down versions

I bet you were more than a bit worried!!

Higher Insurance, nil resale value, tacky add-ons ...... phew, bet you are relieved!!

Go and have a lie down - you own a real proper version approved for UK roads by those who know
