Breaking car. How do you post?

I'm thinking of breaking my Impreza as I need some cash really soon.

I've broke cars before but always had people collect the parts so I'm just wondering how you go about posting a large numbers of parts (some heavy)?

parcel force or somthing like that they will take upto 40kg i think

parcel2go will collect and take up to about 25kg. There are some couriers advertisng on ebay specifically for bigger bits such as interior or wheels
