Question

This is a serious question, which depending on your responses, may result in an ad in the private section. The next car awaits, but if the considered depreciation is too much I'll wait a bit.

June 2000 DBM 'Preza Turbo
Prodrive:
Performance pack, Driver enhancement pack and WRC rear wing
Eguard Executive GPS tracker
Scoobysport Downpipe (500 miles)
11K fun, non track, non santa pod miles.
Fully Dealer maintained and cherished by me and the family - I tell you some dogs get less love than this thing's had!!!

I would like to think 21.5K isn't unreasonable.

You could go into your Subaru dealer today and pick up one of the last of shapes or a very low mileage 2001 car for around 19k.
Bear in mind ex dem new shapes are around 19.5k with Air con.

So buy your old shape for 19k add PPP plus wing and 17" alloys and that lot will cost 22.5k. Your E Guard adds no value as a lot of people dont need it yet for insurance. Move E Guard to you new car. The downpipe add nothing either.

22.5k Brand new car to your spec therefore around 18k max for yours. Kevin might be right.

uhmm, unfortunately, that does make sense.

I had a chat with the missus after the original post last night and her take on it was, "...if you get rid of the scoob, you'll be unbearable - so DON'T!"

I guess I'll have to obey!

I'm not saying for definate, but I reckon I might be able to move that for you, 21.5K is a little bit enthusiastic though!! (incidentally, it is worth more than 16.5K with that spec!) Somewhere in between the two would be more realistic. Supply e-mail details.

Cheers

Car looks great. Keep it, you won't get anything near £21.5k. I think one similar went for about £16.5k in the 'For Sale' section.
