Anyone got side airbags?

Just wondering if anyone with a new shape had the sports seats and side airbags? I know that they no longer offer this seat type as an option therefore one would assume that the side airbags have gone as well.
I can understand why they don't like to fit them with the 'buckets' as the sides do come round too far, surely with some thought they could rejig the position of the bag recesses and have them back in again?
Just a thought.
