Default Postage problem?

I sent a spoiler via royal mail to a member on here from Ireland around 2 weeks ago and it hasnt arrived.

I have proof of postage but no tracking number so is it just a matter of going to the post office that I sent it from and they'll be able to tell me where it is?

The member has opened a dispute, which he has every right to do, but now I'm a spoiler and 100 in the red in my paypal account.

Do things take longer going to Ireland??

i work for royal mail ,after 20 working days if item went to ROI ,we need to investigate , if you`ve sent it first class yr only insured for up to £39 ! , you need an international p58 claim form , can get it from www.royalmail.com/p58 !

Best Regards

Dont think they can track it if its only first class.

Did you insure the parcel?

Theres a definate opening for a Scoobynet parts pick up/delivery driver.

I even made the point of giving the buyer my number. I have been in contact with him over this but at the end of the day, he's 100 down so I can see why he's pi@@ed.

No tracking number.
What could you do with the sellers and buyers addresses though?

And the post office it was sent from?

if i post ANYTHING of value or importance it goes recorded or special delivery, as once a unrecorded item is lost in the system you probably wont find, but saying that a spoiler is hardly small is it so cant see how they have lost it.

Still hasnt arrived.

Surely no one would have the brass cahoonahs to open a dispute AFTER they received the goods???

Anyway, the transaction has been reversed and my paypal's £100 in the red so hopefully if it does turn up at his address, he'll repay me.
