head work prices & gains

what gains do you get from having head work do and what are aprox prices ,im just exploring my options so need some feed back off some of you that have had it done ,the car i have is a v5 sti import

Try contacting one or two tuners, API, Harvey, Alan Jeffery, Zen etc
