Hks bov

My v4 sti came with an hks bov fitted. I've noticed that it only seems to work when under load at fairly high revs. My last impreza I couldrev whilst stationery and thedump valve wouldmake it's noise. Last one was ab
bailey is this normal for hks?

Mine only kicks in at high revs if I'm stationary mate just how they are I think

Doesn't do it at all when stationery.
