Default Quick Question.....

Ive not long had my Scooby and need some quick advice please guys.
The steering wheels starts to shake at about 85 and gets more violant the quicker i go.
Is it to do with the wheels needing re balancing as they have just been put on and how much would i be looking at to do this

yeah i would get the front wheels looked at first to see if they are out

If it's only started to do it since the new wheels went on then you've probably hit the nail on the head. Suprised the garage hasn't done a balance for you to be honest.

Was just paranoid it could be something else. I will get the wheels looked into.
Whats the PSI on the tyres? (I havent got a manual)
Do you lot take yours to a proper subaru garage or would you just go local?

personally i would check that the tyres are all 30-32 psi,make sure they are all exactly the same pressure,i have 18" and put 30 psi all round,if it still does it have the tracking done,if it still does it after that then the wheels have been balanced wrong.

ideally you want more psi in the front than the rear, i run 35fr &31rr.
