I have used this company a couple of times and although slow did get the product to me eventually.

This changed when I ordered some Millers gearbox oil. The order was placed over the internet using 'Netbanx' with the money being debited from my account almost immediatly. It has now been over three weeks and still no oil.

I have tried to contact them over the phone but the never pick up, I sent an e-mail to which they replied promising delivery. That deadline expired a week ago.

This is just a gentle warning, be warey of placing any order with this company, they may not complete your order.

Update:

I had an e-mail tonight refunding my money, they told me the oil was out of stock. Fair play but I wish they'd said that a fortnight ago when I needed it desperatly.

Situation now resolved.

 

Thanks for the heads up mate, but for oil there is only one place to buy. Opie oils........ usually next day delivery, very knowledgable and club discounts. Nuff said.
