Wondering what my car is worth
Things are getting pretty bad and I'm thinking the car may have to go. Yeh nightmare I know. I'm certainly not going to let it go for less than its worth but I know a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Its a 2003 WRX with body and engine mods, any ideas? Very low mileage, just turned 48k.
Pics of the car can be seen here, not done a spec list yet though.

Basing this on what I think mine's worth I'd go 6- 6 1/2 thousand but I could be way out.
Hopefully someone with a better idea may pop by as I'd like a ballpark on mine.

Thanks mate. Just been looking on Pistonheads for 2002 to 2004 WRX's. Without wanting to sound bigheaded at all, theres none that look as good as mine, but looks aren't everything. But with similar mileages, some standard, some not, they seem to be anywhere between 6 - 8 grand. Kind of what I thought.

Genuine well cared for cars will always be easier to sell, but they don’t always command higher prices. You need to hold out for somebody who will recognise that it’s not the same as most of the others, and be prepared to pay a little more.
I’m going to be facing the same problem when I eventually sell mine. The interpretation of a “perfect mint condition car” varies considerably.

Yeh Allan you have a point there, but I'm just hoping it won't come to the point where it has to go.
I have just updated the car in my profile if anyone wants to see the spec etc, just click the link under my user name.
