does anyone have any info on the classic prodrive wr sport imprezas.
how many were upgraded by prodrive in the classic guise etc.
mines a 1998 impreza prodrive wr sport and i have never seen another in that year.seen a 1999 mica red and a 2000 mica blue for sale in the last 8 months.
seems mines rarer than a 22B.

It came in three parts. All together it was given the "Prodrive WR Sport" name.

It included PIAA Fogs, some cosmetic stuff, WR Sport Badges, engine upgrades (incorporating a smaller Turbo), Prodrive quickshift, electric Recaro's, Upgraded suspension with Eibach springs and Bilstein dampers, WR Sport badging and a numbered plaque. PPP was still an extra!

Very few had this fitted complete "aftermarket" the whole pack added £10k to the base price! Only 25 Fully WR Package Impreza's where produced each year. According to the book one customer spent £37K with all the upgrades available

Mike Wood at Prodrive is the man with all the info.

Hope this helps.

Oh yeah and in 1999 a totally new PPP was added including new ECU, Stainless centre and rear section exhaust, and improved intercooler pipework.
