You have to enter. Personally I wouldn't bother, there will likely be no AndyF(he sold his drag car), no Zen performance (closed down his servicing side and concentrates on mapping now) RCM don't go to SSO as far as I know.
Better off going to RWYB day, cheaper, less busy. Saying that though only a hand full of cars doing drag at SSO 09.

Keep an eye on the website Ten Of The Best as they own the rights to Scooby Shoot Out, and i believe it will be happening again this year at Elvington. What date yet i dont know.
I believe it will have the handling and drag areas, with top speed over 1km a possibilty also.
Bishop is the username of the Trevor from Straighliners, hopefully he will update us some time soon.
Andy F is up to something with another car i believe, so he may well be there.
Zen havent competed at SSO for 5 years now, however they have been at everyone supporting their customers and others.
RCM have done SSO a few times, they just had too much on last year to attend.

ScoobyLive (ScoobySprint Final) 2010 is being planned at the moment and I suspect it may even have a drag strip for those that wish to partake in that discipline also.
Undoutedly details will be released in the future.
