So does that mean they will fit? Sorry I havent a glue about these things.
Will I have to get the aches rolled? Also if a get some prodrive springs will they drop it too much as the wheels are 9.5 wide.
Thanks
Kev.

They're pretty wide at 9.5" and with an offset of only 38mm you run a risk of wheelarch contact, especially if the car is lowered.

Wrighty the 8.5 would fit easier but dont look agggessive enough as they are not as con - caved as the 9.5`s.

Rare rims have bronze and white ones in stock if that is of any use to you.

I think they will fit straight on to a WRX, the STI's need a 5mm spacer on the front wheels to clear the Brembos.

I'm having a set on my Bug

Hi Stealth,
Are you going to fit the 9.5`s on?
Do you know that they will fit straight on?
Is the bug the same fitments as the blob?
I`m not sure but could you fit 8.5 to the front and 9.5 to the rear?

Sorry for all the questions buy the way.

Hello mate,

these will fit straight on to your Blob WRx (same hubs as the Bug), yeah I'm going 9.5" on mine with ET38 offset (as has been done on here), I will need to fit a 5mm spacer on the fronts to clear the brembos but am going to see if I can get away with 3mm.

I have coilovers on my car and will be lowering it right down on the rims so will need my arches rolling and maybe have a little bit of pull on them.

I don't see why you could have a staggered offset on the wheels but you would have to make sure you got the tyre profiles right as the 9.5"'s require you to strech the tyres etc and you wouldn't o nthe front so you would need to seek advice about that, I'm not 100% sure mate.

Stealth,
I`m a little confused....I didnt realise until today that the STi wheel arches are wider than the wrx, with this in mind are you sure that they will fit on the WRX.

Buy the way Rare Rims have 14no Grid Drifts 18`s in Black in stock. :-)

yes mate should fit with no grief, just need to role arches etc as posted ealier when you lower her, a lad on here with a black blob WRX has already done it and it looks insane

What is that mate?? Rare Rims DO have the 18's in stock in black? in 9.5's? I know they have them in 8.5's with an ET44 offset but they didn't have the 9.5"'s as they were being shipped.

You'll probably find that you'll need to roll the arches and go from there; you may need a slight pull once on and lowered. Best bet is to lower it first, trial fit and go from there.
