Default voltage regulator

Where is the best place to get a voltage regulator for my 95 wrx wagon?

Or do I have to get a complete alternator?

Yes, it's built in to the alternator. What's the problem? Too much/little voltage?

Well when the lights etc are all on the lights get dim then bright even whilst driving along.

Its not affected by revs, ie lights dont get brighter when you rev higher.
It sort of pulses
