Couriers in and around Bradford

Hi guys im looking at getting a rear bumper & exhaust picked up from Bradford & delivered to me in the southwest of Scotland.

Can anyone recommend anyone please as ive never sorted out a courier before & havent got a scooby what i need to do.

I usually use Interparcel : Discount UK & International Parcel Delivery & Courier Services or Parcel2go.com just be carefull not to pick a service that requires you to print off the labels as you are arrangeing a remote pickup
