with past experience of going i would reccomend going on train or a sh!tty car as it's been known that tinkers/gypo's have stripped cars off all good bits and left just a shell

I used to go and went for about 15 years running but the show kept getting watered down and it's joke paying for car parking at the NEC considering what you have to pay for entry I last went 2 years ago but if it's your 1st time I'm sure you will love it
There used to be outdoor entertainment with rallystage through the woods back in the day Autocross/Autograss in the carparks was also great fun but they knocked it on the head

Been for the last three years but giving it a miss this year. £31.00 per person plus travel, parking and food, it's not good value any more IMO.
They have also lost a huge number of visitors if you look around the forums following there decision to stop the 2 for 1 deals. I would have thought this year more than any would have been the ideal time to promote a few entrance offers

Despite battling through the Yoof of Today and their inane comments, Thursdays and Fridays are the best as you get Autosport Engineering. Its the kind of stuff that out of my league; Sequential gearboxes, low friction coating, simulators etc but its great to get a chance to chat to the folks on these stands as you get ideas for your own build and see the stuff you read about on forums etc. Is there going to be a Prodrive stand this year? Always a cool feature as they build up a Group N Impreza over the course of the show. Dare i say it though, Im actually quite excited about seeing the Nissan GT-R SpecV up close and personal!
