Thumbs up Classic Scooby De-Icer

Apologies if you've see this before, but I just noticed that the De-icer I've had wedged in the door pocket of my company car for the past couple of years actually has a Classic Impreza Turbo on the label as iluustrated below. Can anyone identify the model? It's UK taxed and I reckon maybe a Type R or P1.

whatever model it is, it could do with a polish -- paintwork looks v scratched to me
