I wondered, can you turn on the beep to indicate the alarm is set / turned off?

The alarm manual only says how to turn it off, and makes some comment about only applies in non EU countries .. does it mean the beep is only allowed in non EU countries?

using the keypad located next to the VDC switch with the ignition switched off
Press *17856 wait for the beep followed by *000*1 wait for beep press # lock and unlock



its not very loud but it is there lol

I could only find out how to disable the "roger beep" !!!
I'll try when it's light.

( although I wonder if it's 'cos mine is keyless entry and locks if I walk 10 yards away?? )

No probs as I said its not very loud but at least its something ha ha.

it should work with the keyless entry but not certain
