Once you have checked all the fluids are good, you could just put a piece of wire from the starter positive to the solenoid connection so it cranks over, ensuring the ignition is off and it's out of gear. This would reduce any load whilst the oil gets through, you could go a step further and remove the sparkplugs. Once you have got the oil pumped round start it up normally and let it idle whilst checking for leaks as it warms up. No point in getting a few miles down the road then a cloud of smoke as the coolant comes out or it dumpsthe oil through a F'd seal or gasket. Finally once you get it home do some before pictures and post them fo us all to see.

Good luck and enjoy it.

To get it to crank over without starting, disconnecting the crank sensor will do the same.

Depends how **** your going to be about the fluids. Whether your going to just check them or replace them. I'd be tempted to give it an oil change before starting at that age.

That is the question, how **** you want to be, did not feel like starting a debate on disconnecting the sensors and the pro's and con's of it.
