Default ecu reset, and fault codes,

My subaru impreza wrx 1993 has 3 faults. . 1.throttle position sensor 2.speed sensor. 3.boost soleniod, my speedo popped out of the back about a month ago so the engine light came on, when I read the fault code I noticed the other two faults, but when I tryed resetting the ecu the fault codes was still there, I have tryed resetting the ecu a few times now and they don't go away,
Am I doing something wrong ? This is what I do :
1. Connect both plugs under dash
2. Turn ignion on, engine off
3. Press accerater for a few seconds
4. Bring up to half way for a few seconds
5. Start car
6. Unplug wires

Any help please
