Default Flowing injectors to 900cc

Hi people hope all id good. I am thinking about flowing some classic UK 2000 injectors to 900cc, but im not too sure if i will face any issues such as idle problems? They can only be flowed to 900cc and not less. I am looking for low 400hp, so i was assuming my mapper could work his wonders to map it accordingly?

any help/advice appreciated

think you need some 550cc or 650cc injectors as 900cc will be far to much for what you want

have you also got the supporting modz like fuel pump / pressure reg etc...??

if youve got an adjustable reg you could have them flowed and regulate the pressure down but surly you will still only be using little over half the injectors capability. 550/650cc will do you..

Yes do have supporting mods such as fuel pump but not the FPR as im not to keen on that mod.

thanks for the thread

I found that flowing the injectors would be more economical

If any one has a used set of injectors above 550cc, i will happily buy them.

What else have you done with the car? as everyone has said (depending on what model/year your car is?) you need bigger injectors.
